Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement supply chain and purchasing strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
• Analyse market trends, demand patterns, and supplier capabilities to optimize procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define procurement requirements and establish long-term supplier relationships.

Contract Management:

• Manage and ensure General purchase agreements, Tool agreement and Supply agreement are in place.
• Manage contracts with suppliers, including negotiation with approval of Top management, its renewal, and performance evaluation.
