**Overview**

The Materials Distribution Inventory Compliance Technician is responsible for performing expiration checks, supply bin cleaning, inventory rotation, and documentation activities within Supply Chain-managed inventory locations across the enterprise. This position supports regulatory compliance and patient safety by identifying expired or soon-to-expire products, maintaining clean and organized storage areas, documenting findings in approved systems, and ensuring supplies are properly rotated using FIFO and FEFO methods

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform expiration checks in Materials Distribution managed supply locations.
+ Inspect products for manufacturer expiration dates and identify expired or soon-to-expire inventory.
+ Remove expired, damaged, or designated short-dated products from active inventory.
+ Document expiration findings, quantities removed, bin locations, and related information in approved tracking systems.
