Supply Chain Graduate Program

Each year we look for around 10 graduates interested in joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The program starts in October 2026.

Why choose the Amcor Experience? The Graduate Program is an 18‑month development opportunity, consisting of 3 international rotations within European facilities. The location of the work contract depends on the selected candidate, with possibilities in Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Act as central liaison for KPI improvement projects across sites, including service level, inventory, aged stock, and transportation.
• Support plant teams through data analysis and continuous improvement techniques, identify root causes and assist in creating action plans.
