Job Description
Supply Chain Coordinator What You Will Do
- Generating Purchase Orders to suppliers upon approval of Purchase Requisition forms.
- Maintaining and updating the supplier's AVL master database.
- Processing Good Receiving Notes upon receiving supplier's Delivery Orders.
- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors on cost reduction initiatives while ensuring goods and services meet quality standards.
- Reconciling supplier invoices to Finance for month-end invoice payments.
- Supporting annual stock-take and audit exercises.
- Relevant work experience of at least 1 year is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Some hands-on experience with ERP system or other relevant system.
