Our client is from a Component Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central West area. Job Responsibilities: Handle sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related ERP transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Manage daily shipment arrangements, including PO processing, data entry, scheduling, and verification of shipping and billing documents.
Monitor customer orders, stock availability, production status, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfilment.
Support order backlog tracking and forecast coordination to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate closely with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners on production planning, shipment readiness, and export/import arrangements.
