Supply Chain Coordinator /Up to $4,500 /Mon-Fri;8.30am-5.30pm @Alexandra Rd

Responsible for coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties such as customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders. Handle daily shipment arrangements including PO generation and issuance, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangements, invoice, and BL checking. Manage supplier and customer relationships, order backlog, and forecast management, and perform cost analysis with awareness of cargo and logistics costs.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree with experience in Import/Export (Incoterms, invoice & packing list, etc.)
• Experience liaising with customers, suppliers, and forwarders for overseas shipments.
• Experience in a high-volume purchase orders environment, willing to commit overtime and overseas travel.
