Summary
Tactical planner drives and manages the Master Production Schedule for the tactical horizon (typically 4‑24 months) ensuring capacity and resources are in place to support the agreed demand plan. This supports customer requirements and maintains inventory at the next handover point of the supply chain at the agreed target level. The role also ensures availability, in terms of date and quantity, of shipping items to the next point of supply, and implements Life‑Cycle projects such as launches, changes, transfers, and divestments by coordinating stakeholders from different functions. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP, law, SOPs, HSE, and Code of Conduct. The Regional Coordinator optimises the supply chain in terms of service, processes, and cost. The Country head manages the supply chain function in the CPO(s) and leads a high‑performing local supply chain team.
