Overview:
Our client will be hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to join their growing team. While focused on supplier management and performance, this person will be engaged in a wide spectrum of activities including alternative sourcing and supplier scorecard/report development. They will manage an assigned supplier base to assure products and processes, internally and externally, meet specifications and improve supplier product quality performance. This position is accountable for reviewing supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents and validation activities.

• Be willing to learn thermoplastics
• Injection molding nice to have
• Need to evaluate parts manufacturing 
• Strong supplier audit capabilities and proven track record of vetting suppliers with SCM team.
