- Manage supplier qualification audits and oversee approval procedures.
- Perform on-site supplier audits and continuously monitor production processes to ensure quality compliance.
- Lead the investigation and resolution of non-conforming incoming materials and supplier-related customer complaints.
- Develop incoming inspection criteria (AQL) and establish supplier quality agreements.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (experienced in reporting to expatriates)
・Min. 3 years of experience as Supplier Quality Engineer in laboratory from a tobacco manufacturing company handling tobacco materials, experienced in doing audits to supplier
・Proficient in quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, etc.)
・Willing to travel to vendors
