**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical), or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience as a quality, reliability or product engineer.
+ 8 years of experience in semiconductor ICs manufacturing processes- wafer fab, assembly and test.
+ Ability to travel as needed (15%-20%).

+ Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
