Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role is responsible for managing supplier quality performance, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the company's supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust supplier quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements.
• Manage supplier approvals, audits, and ongoing performance evaluations through scorecards and metrics.
• Lead the investigation, resolution, and reporting of supplier-related non-conformances (NCRs) and quality issues.
