Job Description
Take the lead in culinary excellence as a Sous Chef, responsible for food production quality and staff training. This maternity leave coverage role demands solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
In this supervisory role, you'll ensure all food products are prepared to outstanding quality while managing kitchen operations. With 3-4 years in a restaurant or hotel environment and experience at the Junior Sous Chef level, you’ll guide staff in food preparation and safety practices.
