Summary The primary purpose of this position is to supervise administrative staff in Sacramento and Martinez and perform administrative and personnel management functions relative to staff supervised. Establishes guidelines and performance expectations or staff, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system and hold staff accountable for timely delivery of assigned duties that improves customer outcomes.
