Air Reserve Technicians are full-time civilian employees who are also members of the Air Force Reserve unit in which they are employed. In addition to their civilian assignments, they are assigned to equivalent positions in the Reserve organization with a Reserve military rank or grade. Appointee's civilian assignments will consist of the following duties. Responsibilities Duty 1 - Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group. Duty 2 - Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Exercises technical and administrative supervision over a highly experienced staff of analytic, operational, and support ISR personnel responsible for the planning and management of highly complex analytic support and ISR operational functions.
