The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Section Chief over the Training and Development team to exercise first level supervisory support providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over human resources specialists assigned to the Training and Development Branch. Responsibilities As Section Chief, plans, organizes, directs and oversees the activities of the training and development team, ensuring that civilian human resources training material complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
