Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of NAS JAX. Responsibilities You will determine and prioritize operating and maintenance requirements based upon facility history, inspection records, age of facility and function. You will develop comprehensive long-range programs for maintenance and repair of facilities, make recommendations for repair projects, and execute programs. You will be responsible for planning, formulating, and executing the funds allocated in support of facility maintenance, repair, and base services. You will lead, manage, supervise, and direct teams to maintain facilities.
