Responsibilities This position is the Assistant Regional Commissioner for Division of Federal State Programs in the Philadelphia Region and performs the following duties: Plans, directs, monitors, assesses, and adjusts program activities within the Division to ensure timely delivery by assigned States of accurate data, provision of expert technical assistance and training, and insurance of responsible fiduciary practice and management for state cooperative funding agreements.
