The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy Chief, Aircrew Stan/Eval & Readiness Division in the Directorate of Operations at a major command (MAJCOM), sharing with the Division Chief the full scope of responsibility for directing the activities of the Division and, in the chief's absence, possesses the same authority and prerogatives. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Aircrew Standardization and Evaluation Division. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
