Job Description
Manage domestic and international air travel bookings for company staff and visiting clients.Coordinate and process visa arrangements for staff and clients traveling to various countries.Arrange local transportation and vehicle logistics for headquarters travelers and visiting guests.Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely bookings.Coordinate with internal staff and external clients regarding travel schedules, documents, and itinerary updates.Ensure all travel documentation (passports, visas, tickets, insurance, etc.) is accurate and up to date.Coordinating with CMD office for L&T chartered flight trip to Chennai.Respond promptly to last-minute travel changes, cancellations, rescheduling, or emergencies. Provide quick solutions by coordinating with airlines, travel agencies, and service providers to minimize disruption to travel plans.
