Job Description

About the role

This role is contracted for 46 hours per week, made up of four 12-hourshifts.  7pm to 7am (Nights)  working 4 days in a 7-day period.

Duties of the role are:

  • To provide a safe and crime-free environment for all clients, visitors and staff
  • To liaise closely with the Head of Security about all issues and running of the department regularly
  • Maintaining accurate stock control and maintenance of security equipment
  • To conduct/supervise crime investigations with the Head of Security
  • To deputise in the absence of Head of Security
  • To liaise with the police where appropriate on crime and crime prevention issues
  • To carry our regular patrols in and around the hotel using Morse Watchman system
  • To carry our staff searches, vehicle searches and locker searches
  • Carry outdoor duties as and when required
