Job Description
Responsible for leading, challenging and coaching the team, with the purpose of maximizing sales and profits. Maintaining consistent quality of food, beverages and services by working directly with the onsite chef and/or CafΓ© Manager and local kitchen/cafe team.
Essential Functions:
1. LEADERSHIP: Motivate team to be successful. Use analytical skills to solve problems. Whether dealing with staff, clients, or vendors, you will have to make decisions that affect the companyβs performance. Expected to communicate with local team and Head Office in a continued and timely manner.
2. TIME MANAGEMENT: Creating schedules, a minimum of one week in advance, ensuring the local team follows scheduled shifts.
3. DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Overseeing daily production and staffing. Assist to verify on monthly stock count of raw materials. Oversee all catering events. Assist with training sessions to improve staff.
