As a Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, supporting and motivating the team while making sure every guest gets the warm, lively Las Iguanas welcome. From running busy shifts and coaching team members to keeping standards high on the floor, you’ll play a key role in creating an atmosphere that feels energetic, inclusive and fun.

We’re looking for a confident, positive leader who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to bring out the best in others. You’ll be organised, hands‑on and great with people, someone who keeps calm under pressure and leads with personality.
