Supervises, plans, and directs the daily activities of professional fee coders and charge entry staff. Oversees staff training and performance as well as timely submission of Professional Fee charges.

**Required Education and Experience**
Associate's Degree in Health Information Management & Systems (or closely related field) from an accredited college or university.
Minimum two years of progressively responsible, directly related work experience in the Health Information Management field.

**Required Credentials**
Certified Coding Associate (CCS-P) thru AHIMA or CPC thru APPC.

**Preferred**
Bachelor's Degree in Health Information, Health Care Administration, or related field.
