Job Description
Description Team Management: Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation. Address conflicts and foster a productive workforce in compliance with procedures and policies. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and report findings to upper management for informed decision-making.
The Supervisor, Operations reports to the Manager, Operations and oversees the daily operations related to shipping, receiving, and packaging. This role ensures seamless workflows by identifying and resolving potential issues, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall performance. The supervisor works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align operations with organizational objectives while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and core values.
