In this term position, you will enhance the student leadership landscape at the University of Toronto Mississauga. Reporting to the Assistant Director, your responsibilities will include developing co-curricular programs focused on student mentorship and leadership development. You will also supervise the Peer Mentorship Programmer and coordinate various learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement curricular and co-curricular activities
• Evaluate program effectiveness through established frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and seminars aimed at student learning
• Engage with academic and co-curricular stakeholders
