Qualifications and Experience

:Engineering Technologist (Mechanical preferred) or acceptable equivalent combination of post-secondary education and training in building systems or facilities operations. 5-8 years' relevant experience in building operations and maintenance in large, industrial/complex facilities. Assets:Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating staff and contractors, including scheduling, performance oversight, and work prioritization.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems, maintenance practices, and facilities renewal within a large, complex organization.Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and recommend maintenance and renewal projects, including contributing to budget planning and resource allocation.Experience leading or coordinating projects, initiatives, or process improvements, including working with engineers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply relevant legislatio...
