**Description**
The Area Manager, Clerks is responsible for leading the siteβs clerical support function and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant administration of hourly timekeeping, payroll adjustments, vacation tracking, labor allocation, training documentation, SOP/FRM governance, and month-end reporting. This role serves as the Kronos owner for hourly employees across the site, manages manual timecard entries and special pay-related adjustments, maintains daily labor allocation records through SAP and Excel, and partners closely with Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and functional leaders to support manufacturing execution and financial reporting. The role also leads a team of two hourly clerks, ensuring work is prioritized, completed accurately, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
