Job Description
Role Summary / overview
- Lead and manage a team of 1520 grocery store supervisors across a geographical area.
- Supervise performance of instore grocery order fulfillment process pick pack and handover to riders.
- Ensure strict adherence to food handling and packing SOPs.
- Ensure bestinclass operational metrics order preparation time picker utilization item replacement compliance and item out of stock etc. while ensuring customer experience is not compromised.
- Develop store specific processes/workflows where required to ensure efficient store operations.
- Handle realtime coordination with customer care and rider teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and resolve customer complaints if any.
- Work closely with 3PLs picker recruitment training and performance management.
- Manage rostering of pickers and store supervisors to ensure shift coverage and efficient operations.
