Supervisor: Innovation and Development - (8702)

The Development Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Innovation and Development team, overseeing software development projects, and driving innovation initiatives. This role involves providing strategic direction, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least five (5) years of experience in software development or innovation, of which two (2) years in a team leadership role
• Strong background in software development, including PHP, Java, or relevant technologies
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) and web services/API development
• Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
