Higgins Construction Division, based in Hamilton, is looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead site crews and oversee day‑to‑day construction activities across our projects. This is a hands‑on role where you will plan work, guide your team on site, and ensure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

You will work closely with project and operations managers, take ownership of site outcomes, and play a key role in supporting both your crew and the wider business.

• Plan and supervise daily and weekly site activities for assigned crews

• Manage resources, plant and materials to meet programme and productivity targets
