Supervisor, Engineering (Fly-In Fly-Out) HOP00085

Reporting to the Superintendent, Engineering, you will be part of the Engineering Department. You will lead the Underground Engineering team, aligning and integrating departmental objectives to maximize and optimize operational productivity and profitability. You will also develop and execute plans to ensure a smooth transition to operations and ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Technicians, Engineers and Engineers-in-Training;
• Provide technical support across multiple disciplines, including Surveying, Drill & Blast, Planning, Mine Design, Ventilation and Project Management;
