This position is responsible to coordinate all manufacturing activities within production and ensure that quality and safety are practiced during the manufacturing operation. Owner of payroll process and employee development for team and Member of production transfer and validation project team.
Manages all manufacturing activities for assigned production cells.
Monitors and adjusts staffing to support daily production requirements. Works with Planning to ensure long term capacity.
