Supervisor, Capability Center Operations – GCC Global Home I.T. is responsible for leading end‑to‑end operational performance for assigned hazard insurance processing workstreams. This role ensures consistent achievement of quality, production, and client SLA targets while fostering strong talent development, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

• Participates in the development of short‑/long‑term goals and plans for the work group.
