Supervisor Basingstoke Permanent Competitive + Flexible Benefits Summary The role is Supervisor (OHL) and is predominantly field based. The main purpose of this role is to manage multiple teams of field operatives, with responsibility for programming, site safety and logistics. The role reports directly to the Assistant/Project Manager. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Install, build and refurbish overhead lines up to 33kV. Carry out all work in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of Freedom and its customers. Maintain and develop own competence in accordance with legislative changes and customer requirements. Provide guidance to team members to ensure the safe, effective and efficient implementation of Freedom s operations.
