TLC Wales Fostering provides family foster placements for children aged 0–18 years who have a diagnosed medical condition and/or disability.  TLC Wales meets the needs of a range of children, some of whom have life limiting conditions and some who have profound physical disabilities while others have complex needs.

Our Supervising Social Worker’s are experienced in the field of disability. Our Supervising Social Workers build positive relationships between TLC, the foster parent, the child, and the child’s social worker.
