• Provides a leadership role ensuring employee health and safety. Monitors and drives improvements in incident rates. 
• Supervises all preventive & corrective production maintenance for the site.
• Oversees any problems of material and relevant technical information to ensure continual improvement of planned work execution. • Manages and oversees all work orders for production maintenance.
• Ensures that all PM & CM are completed to the highest quality standard compliance, planning accuracy, backlog aging, and budgetary compliance.
• Works closely with Utility maintenance, and all Grifols departments, provides open communication with the employees, keeps all informed of maintenance activities, progress of jobs, issues.
