About The Role

As a member of a very dynamic team, you will facilitate safe andmeaningful family time for children and young people in thePermanency Support Program (Out of Home Care) with their familiesand significant others. You will have the opportunity to alsoutilise your skills and knowledge to provide mentoring to childrenand young people in a variety of settings. The provision ofwritten updates and reports will also be required.
