**Job Description**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Superintendent to lead field operations on hospital and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, ensure strict adherence to safety and code requirements, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. This position specifically requires prior experience as a Superintendent on at least two to three hospital projects with HCAI or OSHPD involvement. The company is based in Thousand Oaks and can assign projects close to where you live; candidates local to Ventura County must be willing to commute to Los Angeles as needed.
