Milestone is currently seeking a Contract Superintendent to manage all site activities performed on their designated project. This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role, based on project needs and performance. Oversight should ensure that projects are completed safely, within schedule, and on budget.

You will be responsible for representing Milestone in a professional way that reflects our core values of Ingenuity, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Caring, Accountability and Collaboration.

As the Superintendent you must foster a collaborative work environment and be able to problem solve while managing the variability posed by our challenging worksites.
