Job Details:

Restaurant Superintendent – NYC

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for interior commercial construction projects in the NYC metro area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site personnel

  • Review and verify accuracy of architectural plans and field conditions

  • Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule planning and logistics

  • Organize weekly meetings with subs, vendors, and design team

  • Ensure timely delivery and secure storage of materials

  • Submit daily reports; escalate issues impacting schedule or budget

  • Enforce safety protocols, site regulations, and quality standards

  • Resolve site personnel issues and labor disputes

  • Obtain final punch list sign-off from clients/architects
