Superintendent (ICI) In support of upcoming projects, Bird Construction is reaching out to market to identify candidates interested in the Superintendent position. Reporting to the Construction Manager in the region, the Site Superintendent is accountable for coordination, administration, and site supervision for construction of the building. They will ensure Bird’s Values and Business objectives are adhered to at site, consistently demonstrate the Bird brand and operate a site where all stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.

This is a permanent position initially based on a project in Victoria, BC.

What You Will Be Working On

Support and open to identifying Business Development opportunities that bring in new projects.

Work with the Proposal Lead to develop proposed project schedule, methodology and site logistics for the proposal.
