Progressive Ventures Construction is seeking experienced, career‑minded Superintendents who are looking to grow with our company and continue advancing their careers.

This position is suited for strong construction leaders with experience managing field crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedule, and delivering work safely and efficiently. Our work includes commercial, industrial, civil, concrete, building construction, and remote project work throughout Northwest BC and beyond.

We are open to candidates with experience in either civil construction, building construction, or a combination of both.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site construction activities and supervise field personnel
• Plan, organize, and direct crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and site logistics
• Complete projects safely, on schedule, on budget, and in accordance with drawings, specifications, addenda, and approved changes
