Overview Job Title : Superintendent Division : Construction, Concrete Paving Supervisor: General Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values. Supervise the entire scope of work on construction projects including the management of foremen and crews, subcontractors, and materials delivery. Assist with public relations within the community. Review, understand, and adhere to all union contracts. Maintain insurable driving record. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements. Education and/or Experience Bachelor of Science degree in construction management or four years experience as a superintendent managing large horizontal construction projects. Experience managing construction field operations.
