Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Management: Act as an interface between suppliers and business stakeholders to provide expert advice on commodity management. Develop and manage customer relationships to meet business objectives. Handle and attend to a range of customer complaints. Supplier Relations: Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships to meet business objectives. Foster and maintain supplier relations. Handle and attend to a range of supplier complaints. Source-to-Settle Strategy: Drive agreed SLP in relation to Quantity surveying sourcing strategies for assigned commodities suppliers, achieving lowest possible total cost for material and equipment.
