Superintendent - Commercial
Cincinnati, Ohio (Projects local to SW Ohio)
Salary: $90,000-125,000 a year, allowances, benefits, 401K, etc.
This position serves as both a leader and coordinator, managing various projects, at multiple job sites, within the organization. Project Superintendents perform a wide variety of supervisory and field activities relative to project execution, administrative, drawing conformance, scheduling, project close-out, budget adherence, contract and subcontract administration, coordination, cost control, and document control In addition, this position is responsible for quality control, safety and customer coordination and communication.
