You are a seasoned Superintendent with 7+ years of field operations experience on multi-disciplinary, large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for the smooth, day‑to‑day management of field activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee staff to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects to completion.
• Promote the overall site safety program, ensuring subcontractor compliance with Ledcor standards, the Health Safety and Environmental Plan (HSE Plan), and all applicable OH&S acts, regulations, and codes.
• Ensure that field staff are equipped with the resources required to efficiently complete projects according to approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
