**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for ground-up and renovation projects. This role is responsible for driving project execution from start to finish—ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget control on every build.

+ Oversee daily on-site construction activities for commercial projects (retail, multifamily, healthcare, industrial, etc.)
