General Characteristics

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales and the Restaurant and Resident Manager, the Night Auditor is responsible for night reconciliation of all revenue‑based transactions, data pooling mechanical information, labour information, and other information as required. It is a Front Desk Position; while taking reservations is light, customer service and helping guests is always a priority. The shift is from midnight to 7:30 am, six days per week. This role requires working without supervision and a fundamental understanding of balancing daily cash outs, troubleshooting Microsoft Excel formulas, problem solving, and a good ability to learn new software and computer operations.
