Job Overview

This position is part of the Canada Summer Job program and is open to youth aged 16 to 29 years. The role will primarily assist with summer day camp and coordinate various PAMC events, providing support to the Executive Director and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver innovative multicultural activities and programs for children and youth aged 7-11 years.
• Plan, develop, organize, and deliver day camp related activities.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and other clients.
• Supervise participants during activities.
• Demonstrate and promote safety at all times.
• Receive and direct incoming telephone calls and walk‑in inquiries.
• Compile and format reports, invoices, and related documents.
• Create and prepare evaluation reports and survey forms.
• Assist with PAMC social media sites (website, Facebook, etc.).
