Job Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and regular inspection of warehouse, pallets, sugar bags, stacking, and storage areas to maintain safety and stock quality.
• Stack sugar bags in bricks ensuring maximum capacity utilization, with safe stacking practices to prevent falling.
• Operate stacker and conveyor equipment inside/outside the sugar warehouse.
• Offload sugar vehicles swiftly across all 3 bays (9 vehicles simultaneously) and issue sugar to production as per requirements.
• Manage inventory through daily cycle counting, maintaining live stock reports in both SAP and Excel.
• Accurately maintain gate passes, GRNs, delivery challans, and issuance records.
• Ensure zero mismatch between physical and system stock at all times.
• Supervise loaders and forklift operators, monitoring vehicle loading/unloading timings.
